Terms and Conditions
- Provisional bookings will be held for two weeks from the date of the booking. A deposit of £700.00 is then required to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
- Prices are inclusive of V.A.T and are quoted in sterling.
- All accounts must be settled either on the same day or evening of your function by cash or guaranteed bankers draft. If paying by credit card there will be a 2.5% surcharge added to the total amount outstanding. Please note that personal cheques will not be accepted unless the cheque has been pre authorised by the bank three day prior to the wedding date.
- An approximate number of guests are required when the initial booking is made. Final numbers should be advised 48 hours prior to the function and these will be the minimum number charged for on the day.
- To enjoy your day we recommend that dinner is served no later than 6.00pm, and evening buffet served no later than 10.00pm.
- Prices indicated may be subject to change.
- No food other than the wedding cake, may be brought into the hotel for consumption on the premises.
- The client undertakes to conduct his or her function in an orderly fashion and in full compliance with the rules and directions of the management and responsibility for damage caused by them or guests.
- We recommend early booking of any bedroom accommodation, which may be required.
- Management reserve the right to refuse bookings or cancel bookings returning any deposit paid.
- Confirmation and payment of the deposit will be considered as full agreement to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
- Minimum number of guests for a weekend wedding apply.
- The Valley Hotel dose not accept liability for loss or damage to guest’s property throughout the function.
- Whilst every effort is made to provide you with a firm price at the time of booking we reserve the right to change this price subject to change in the market conditions.
